The difference is if you look at the picture on Club Penguin Gang, there are trees and rocks and stuff. The backround for our igloos right now are just plain white. I hope this helps!

This new feature for the igloo hasn't been released yet, and is not possible to do at this point. I'm sure Mimo will let us know when it's been released.
