Club Penguin Developers Update and Catalog Sneak Peek!

The Club Penguin Adventure Party is this month and Rockhopper will be coming! Woot!

Club Penguin will be doing some updates to their systems over the next few weeks, so the newspaper and Penguin Style Catalog will not be launching until early next week instead of today.  Bummer!

But, here's a sneak peek of the catalog:

Club Penguin is still sending out the free Red Hat and Blue Cloud background to everybody and it may take a few more days for everyone to get it.

Good news! Club Penguin has squashed a bunch of bugs so you can now play Card-Jitsu and DJ3K without your Flash Player freezing up. Billybob would like to thank you all for letting them know about the bugs that needed fixed.

Club Penguin has been working on new game prototypes and appreciates all feedback they got from the Beta Team! They should have some new games up on the Beta Team site soon.

Saweet catalog, don't you think? And, I am soo excited about the Adventure Party and Rockhopper coming, aren't you? What are you most excited about?

I'd love to hear all your theories! My guess is Herbert and Klutzy will attack the Lighthouse just like they did the Everyday Phoning Facility. But, will it be THIS Thursday??

Good Old Disney Lays off workers at Club Penguin

This is not what Club Penguin wanted. But it happened anyway. Club Penguin laid off some employees. How many? Don't know. Why? Don't know. How will this affect our fav game? Don't know. Why is Rockhopper Red? Don't know.

For you Disney haters of there, I'm sure you will love to use this news to hate on Diznee even more.

However, I think its not going to change much. Club Penguin is still the best.

It would be cool to know how many. I'm guessing just a couple. How many do you think?

Club Penguin Map Update Is Here!

Woot! The new Club Penguin map is here!

This awesome new map is much more accurate then the old map. And, you can choose what you want to do and where you want to go much quicker.

You can choose Games:

You can choose Places:

You can choose Shops:

You can choose Pets:

I think once we get used to it, we will love the new map!

I particularly like that now there really is a Tallest Mountain, a Wilderness, and enough space for the new room I call the Town Center.

And, what's up with that lake? Another new room, possibly?

UPDATE: Some ppl have not been able to get this new map. Club Penguin loaded it and then removed it for some reason. Weird!

Club Penguin Field Op Number 47 Cheats!

Club Penguin Field Op Number 47 cheats are here!

Step 1. Click your Spy Gadget.

Step 2. Click "Go there."

Step 3. Click Field Op board. (or click Field Ops on the Spy Gadget)

Step 4. Click "Accept Field-Op."

Step 5. Click your map. 

Step 6. Go to the Mine!

Step 7. Go into the Mine Cave and up to the machine. Your spy gadget light will turn green.

Step 8. Click your spy gadget and click "Engage."

Step 9. Now you can complete the puzzle!

Step 10. If you are a member you can click "Elite Gear" and get something cool! If you are not a member, you can get the EPF earpiece, and then enjoy collecting your badges... and stamps! ;-)

Destroy the circuits!

Receive this message from Jet Pack Guy after completing the puzzle:

Club Penguin Welcome's New Penguins!

Since Club Penguin is celebrating favorite first memories this week, they want to welcome new penguins to the island.

Many of you said you wished you had items when you were new to Club Penguin so, now, every new player will receive a new background and hat! Check it out:

Club Penguin will also be giving these items to EVERYONE! Woot!

Old penguins will get these two new items added to their inventory as part of the welcoming new penguin's celebration!
