I think you're right, only I THINK that he will reward the penguins of Club Penguin by training them in the art of Tae Kwon Doe/Karate. Why else would he be there helping out with digging out the dojo?
Well I think two things will happen. Club penguin will act like nothing happened and in 4 days from now the hole will be fixed and they will act like nothing happen. And my second theory is that that guy is a ninja agent or a sensi because he looks so old. And when the path is clear it will let you got a secret ninja hideout.
This is obviously an avalanche! The dojo is buried and I'm guessing that mystery man will be helping us become ninjas too! I think a mission is o the way!

i honestly think that mr.????? will soon let s become ninjas.i mean cmon,if u really think about it,during the halloween party there were ninjas popping up in the windows.also,the way he dresses even makes him look like a master ninja.if u click on his player card,he even has a smirk on his face which states that he has something to do with this whole ninja situation.however,i do think that the gray color will come out for all penguins and that there wil be a new mission.im positive that we can become ninja.if not,then there isnt really any point in them being on club penguin!the only reason that they even put them in club penguin was because so many members were begging and spreading the whole word about the rumor!

i think he is a penguin devoted to the dojo. i think he is devoted to keeping the dojo in good shape and he has never shown his face before because he is shy so thats why he wont talk to anyone in cp i think he is the ninja shadow and might teach us how to become THE CLUB PENGUIN NINJA FORCE!

Hey Mimo, I actually have a theory on the Ninja Sensei. maybe he's actually Rockhopper's older brother! if you look closely, you can see a white beard that looks like Rockhopper's! So I think that Rockhopper wanted the Ninja Sensei to be a pirate, but he chose to be a Ninja. so that's my theory.
Look at the color of the ???????. It's GRAY! I wonder if you can become a ninja AND turn gray as a new color! i dont know...

Hello fellow Diggers,
The most recent development on CP is the uncovering of the Dojo roof. There are many theories and many questions. Ninjas have been on CP for almost a year. There have never been any direct sitings but there are those hidden "Shadows" in areas such as the ski lodge and the light house. What will happen? Who is this new shovel man? What does he do?
