Americans do have rice crispies (I love them!) but i dont remember ever seeing cocopops. We do have coco puffs, which is probably the same thing but with a different name.

Yes, Red Bull has a TON of caffeine in it. It is an energy drink so it is supposed to keep you awake and give you energy. (That's what caffeine does!)
