Rockhopper is a pirate penguin who, every so often, comes to CP. You will see his ship at the beach if he is here. When he comes, you can get a free item in his ship. Rockhopper will also be waddling around Club Penguin, and if you find him, he will give you a free background.

You can do that for most everything. Like if you have a sink and press the arrow keys, you can make bubbles in it.

Rockhopper is Club Penguin's friendly pirate. Rockhopper was the one who found red puffles, did last years Fall Fair. You will see him when the Migrator docks at the Beach (Migrator is his boat). He will have free items for everyone when he visits and everyone in Club Penguin can look for him and get his autograph.
