The new player card will be available in a couple of weeks! It will make it easier to see all your outfits. You will also be able to view your outfits on your penguin when you click on them!
I guess they didn't make it black like it was before.

Mimo gets them from the Whats new blog, and the CPIP (Club Penguin Improvement Project) Blog. To get to the Whats New blog, go on the Club Penguin homepage and click on Community. To get to the CPIP Blog, go to clubpenguin.com/cpip. Make sure you click on the Eye Scanner 3000. I hope this helps!
