it means that if you use programs from parties other than club penguin to play (for example, cp trainer and other programs that get you member clothes and items) cp in a way that isnt how its supposed to be played, then you will be banned

The blue bag was given out for the new Penguin Mail. Click on the envelope on the top left corner of your screen and look for the postcard that says "Welcome to Penguin Mail!" and click on the blue bag that the penguin is holding. Then you it should be in your inventory. I hope this helps!

I just found out a cheat mimo- go in your igloo and click on the tape measure.Press an up, down, left, or right key on your keyboard. You will sit different ways while you decorate. You can do this if your a member or nonmember.

the fragile box doesn't really do anything.(yet)but it probably will in a couple of weeks.It just turns into a hand.Keep up those wonderful questions!
