Sorry, but only members can meet them. They are in the Penguin Play Awards and only appear backstage. Club Penguin might let non-members meet them at some point though, but so far, all of them only members have met.

cadence is an awesome clubpenguin DJ. she is one of the guests with aunt artic and maybe G and the band, she has pink and purple hair a light pink and yellow scarf and she is a light pink penguin. if you want to see a better image of cadence go to mimo's left sidebar and look for cadence in the tags, it says, cadenc, and the number 2 in parenthesis

Candece is the famouse penguin DJ. She first came out for the Member Party at the night club to open the very fun game called Dance Contest. But now she is one of the most famouse penguin around, like Aunt Arctic or Rockhopper. Hope that helpped!

Yes, this is a great tracker mimo! I'm also on Mammoth and still waiting.... I think it's easier to get to the STAGE if you FIRST go to the Agent HQ then teleport there. Then you can try and get backstage!!

Here is a cheat that I think you might want to know.
When you play Thin Ice game, on level 19, you go over to the right side and find this dark blue boxes all across the side. There is one in there that you can walk through. When you find it walk through all the way to the dot on the bottom. Then it will open up and you can get more coins.
