Well mimo doesnt make anybody a CPG mod on their penguin basis.. he make mods on how we answer questions in CPG...he cant make every rare penguin a mod but still you will have to try to get higher

i can answer the Q! you can find where he put the winners if you go to the bottom of the main page. then, you keep on going up till you see an orange yellowish color on the rite side of the page. go up until you see the title in blue, "CPG Moderators!".

We are all glad you like mimo so much. But first of all club pengiun gang is strictley JUST mimo's close family.The best way to help mimo out is by being a cpg mod and answering questions for him. If you work really hard i am sure that you will become a mimo mod some day!

well u first press Prnt Scrn button. then go to paint. on paint, press crtl+v. then the pic will be on the paint thingie. lol next just white out everything u dont want. then choose the partially lined rectangle on the tools side, and make the rectangle bigger then the area of ur pic, then drag it to the top corner, and then go to the bottom corner. there should be a small dot. click on the dot and move it to as little as u can to make sure it wont cut the pic off. then save it as a jpeg, then insert it into ur blog! and tah-dah! lol kind of long but at least u know now!

When you say penguins, do you mean club penguin? or club penguin gang? Because to be a CPG mod you have to be on CPG and answer questions. But I am sure that they are good penguins.
