Here is how to find the new Club Penguin Pin cheat.
Step 1. Go to The underground pool.
Step 2. Now click on the Dojo Lantern Pin on the window!

I was in the gift shop with my buds miko and fluffy and i went shopping and i bought, well tried to buy a hard hat and it said this item was not available I'm like dejavu cause earlier i was buying something online and a message popped up this item was not available so all in all i quit out of the gift shop catalog and clicked it again and a realized that the new items were uploaded and i couldn't buy any old items so... thats the story of my life. LOL

I think sometimes wants his privacy and that he likes other penguins butwon't usually tell everyone where he is.
He likes to make it a cool way of finding him!
