Klutzy has his own account and roams around CP
Did you notice, they have a new Puffle Launch to click on on the home page! You can't really see it in this picture but I hope you post about it!
I found Klutzy in Puffle Launch! In the end at level 6 (Blue Sky) you can see him with a flying Aqua Grabber. :)
