I don't know... I don't know if you remember but a few months ago some Club Penguin Bloggers found some exclusive pictures of EPF badges coming to Club Penguin. My guess is that EPF takes over missions both online and Nintendo DS. Because Club Penguin said that mission 11 connects to Herberts Revenge, it might pick up on the Nintendo DS, and then still have a few missions online and then you unlock the EPF badges. That is just my theory!

If you complete mission 11 and return to HQ all you would see is popcorn and the EPF closet. There would be no more FISH manual or Mission Selecter in the room. So go through the closet and you're in EPF HQ with the mission selecter and FISH manual.In there is ANOTHER closet. This is where video game 2 comes in. Buy the video game, new EPF HQ. That is what the sneak peek is (you know, the one screenhog posted?). New EPF HQ.
This is why we had a long wait. It was nessecary because if they had the mission a year ago, the video game wouldn't tie in with it. Notice how close the game is? This is why. This is probably what is EXACTLY going to happen. -fishandfries

Well Mimo, I think that the PSA will run again but it will be a while cause they have to fix everything and get everything set up again. Once they fix everything and get all the information back the PSA will run again.
No! G said that all files would be translated to the EPF! Remember my theory... that sneak peek of Herbert's Revenge shows the room BEHIND the wall of the current EPF room! THE CURRENT room will become open to ALL PSA MEMBERS and the NEW one will be for only agents with the new DS game! One reason for this is because you may get the second DS game BUT not the first so then you wouldn't be able to access the special room cause you wouldn't even be able to get in the NORMAL EPF HQ! What do you think of my predictions?

Clubpenguin just gets worse and worse.
I think that the picture is of the new HQ. It will change from PSA to EPF. We will still have missions but with Dot not Gary. I don't know what will happen to the old EPF room though. I hope it is free and for nonmembers. I can't afford getting the DS game.
maybe there will be a pause for a while, and then the EPF agents will be on missions.
I know what the future holds...ok look what happens at the end and think carefully of what happens, the bomb popcorn, the epf place in the explosion, the title of the new game, the EPF dojo training puffles room, and the glasses, think of those and ull know what will happen in the game and new mission ;)
PS: dont be angry for maaybe having to pay for missions, I mean hey, if they would that would mean quicker missions and more items by getting more people, but no pay would just be free and take like a year and 3 months, dont be angry for what might happen and plus it would have a few free items each mission

i say that they said that they could repair the hq and they are also adding the epf in to clubpenguin and i also think that clubpenguin is sick and tired of happy endings so they made a sad one THE HQ WILL BE REPAIRED
I read it slowly and MAYBE we will get to be EPF agents even better!
If this is true and there are no CP missions only DS missions then I think we can officially say that Club Penguin sucks! Disney has turned CP from an awesome game to a giant money magnet! Think...how much have you spent on memberships, toys, card-jitsu cards, DS games. I have spent hundreds of dollars and I think I am finally sick of wasting my money on something that is no longer fun.
EPF is the new PSA so don't get all worried. Just a possibility, Club Penguin might be having ideas for a new agency that's more advanced than EPF like how EPF's more advanced agency than the PSA! *snickers* :P

I have a theory! I think that we will be inducted into the EPF ( our penguins who do a mission) and the EPF will take over the missions since the PSA is no longer safe ^.^ Just a theory. All of this has to do with Herbert's revenge...So we will find out on the 25th ^.^

Hopefully, you can become an EPF agent without having to buy the game... I mean COME ON, missions are like, the best thing on CP (aside from parties, ehehehe)!

Maybe the HQ will just shut down for a while and maybe after a few months, it will be up and running again with a new mission where you will FINALLY capture Herbert once and for all. But right now, all we can do is hope... :(

Some people don't have a Nintendo DS, and even if they do, they might not be able to afford Herbert's Revenge. I think it's silly. But guys who think there should be no HQ left, what about all the new people? They should get a chance to be a Secret Agent too guys. P.S. The "PSA" is already blown. ClubPenguin talk about in the blogs, and lots of other places. It wouldn't make a change if Herbert did tell everyone about it. ;)

Ya know that cheat that Billy Bob gave us? well, it looked like the Command Room was under construction. Well, maybe since it's under construction, the Club Penguin people are working on fixing up the HQ or maybe they are building a new HQ. The caves in Herbert's Revenge have the EPF sign so maybe that will be either the Mine or whatever is under construction, but it's probably the Mine Caves, maybe.

peeps! stay positive! cp is a free OR paid site and if u have it free it implies that the missions will be FREE and same thing with paid-they can't make paid peeps pay for what free peeps get for free! plus there will most likely be a NEW and BETTER HQ and we might not be losing gary either because maybe him and dot work together. the problem with paying is that some kids can't afford disney's steep prices! It would suck if we have to pay for missions on top of treasure book and memberships! EPIC FAIL!

Thank you for the cheats and stuff you have posted. There probably will be more missions, just a new headquarters, new secret way to access it, and new name and I want both of the ds games they have, I just have not gotten to it. I definitely want both of the games though. Doesn't it stink non members can not do as much? I am going to go back to the Veggie Villian mission and get the extra stuff. I am probably going to keep an eye out for clues.
I've heard that it will come out in October 2012 on the 31st.
