Well, just as we suspected, new EPF will be for members! Wha? Check this out:
If you can't see it, it says:
~Join the EPF and unlock features of the new EPF Spy Phone.
~Access top secret Elite Penguin Force items and gear.
~Hunt for new outfits and rare items to get you set for the Island Adventure Party.
~Take on your buddies in an exclusive battle room.
But, the good news is, there is going to be an ADVENTURE PARTY soon! Woot woot!
So, do you think all EPF will be for members only? It kinda sounds that way. Let me know what you think.

They should make it so that if you have the epf game and you connect then you could have epf access it, we still would be buying one of their products. plus more people probably would buy ds games more often than membership cuz membership expires while you can keep a game forever
So do you think we will have to save the island from the danger of...vegetables? Or maybe... Pizza without cheese!? Or maybe just try to stop Herbert. If he's still bad that is. The end of the game doesn't really tell you. It also sounds like there will be a new game. Fun!

Now Im fine with the whole, cp needs to earn money to make it better thing, but if they make it for members, its so going over the top! My penguin is 771 days old, and I joined the PSA when was 30 days old, so Ive been a member of the PSA for 741 days! First they make us wait over a year for the mission, then they do this! Its not fair! If they had kept the psa and the epf for members it woulda been fair, but no, they decided to blow the PS to smithereens with popcorn! Sorry for my sudden rage,but it just aint fair..
This isn't fair. Club Penguin's going WAY downhill. Plus, buying the membership, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Onthe bright side, adventure party sounds good :P

urrgh..no offence but this is exactly the reason why club penguin is boring for me now. everything seems to be for members. All I go on CP for is parties, newspaper and pins.

I'm a member and I think the EPF should be for everyone! It's not fair to exclude all of the other penguins! It makes the game less fun because there are fewer penguins to play with!

Ugh, I hate how CP is making stinkin everything only for members now!!! I'll probably just stop playing this soon cuz it's not worth paying real money to get the rights that every penguin can have. This is so not fair to the loyal CP players. I've had my penguin for about 4 years now, and I'm disgusted with how CP has evolved. :(

You can obtain a new EPF suit by unlocking the code that comes with the new game Herbert's Revenge. I don't think that will be the only EPF suit though. I think there will be more soon. Waddle On!

Its not fair. We PSA agents have been in the PSA for a long time! Just as toms said, its bad that CP doesn't care about non-members any more. I used to be member but CP banned me for nothing. And I cant even speak!!

i just saw somthing really weird!
in the EPF command room there is a big green tube thing, to the left of it is a coumputer, there is a panel to the right of the computer with a grate on it, on the grate is a link to click on but nothing happens! O.o
