I think that the free items for non-members should be better, and they should have a new game at every party. For example, if you have a puffle party, put a game with puffles in the forest! I mean, the forest is pointless, so put something in it! Also , the pool in the underground cave should be filled with pudding, just for our favorite penguin. ;)

I think we should not have the 'members-only' rooms during parties. When we party, we should party as one big Club Penguin family, not have members and non-members separated. Yeah, I know having members-only rooms attract more people to buy memberships for their penguins. But there are other features too like being able to buy clothes and upgrade their igloos. And I'm sure non-members would be happier if there are no members-only rooms. Ok yeah, members wouldn't be so happy... but hey, aren't 90% of the penguins non-members? Would you rather make 90% of the penguins happy, or just 10%?
I really hope that Club Penguin would consider my idea!

FIRST TIMER!!!!!!! I have loads of ideas for Club Penguin, here are some of them:
A new room north of the Mine Shack called the Quary, and a new game called Excavation Sensation.
There could also be grand opening at the Quary and a special party where you can meet Rory!
Orange puffles, which play with jackhammers and can join you in Excavation Sensation.
More secret rooms. Now the Dojo and the Mine Shack aren't secret any more, we really need some more.
A play at the Stage about puffles, where penguin's puffles act it out.
A new feature where you can visit famous penguin's igloos when you meet them!
And last but not least, black puffles in Cart Surfer and green puffles in Jet Pack Adventure!!!
Oh, I forgot! I also think it would be great if they brought back the Burger Bar and the Ice Cream Bar (from the Water Parties) as permanent features at the Beach and Cove respectively.

So after reading the other comments I came up with a cool idea. They could make a mall where members could create ther own store selling clothes, hair and furniture that they customized. Then other members and even non-members could go and buy from them. So it seems fair for members, just make the clothes kind of basic, but then make a bigger and fancier catalogue for the gift shop. Maybe make the non-member price double. I think this would be really cool!
Also, we need vacations like cruises (for everyone) that cost say, a few thousand coins!

OK, so you know how the igloos have ONLY ONE ROOM? I think CP should let all penguins (members or not) be able to buy more rooms that are connected to the 1st one. The price could be around 3,000 coins, or close. Then we could have more space to put our stuff, with different types of flooring in each room. The music could also be different for each room, and CP could add a wallpaper option so that each room could have different types of walls, instead of plain ones. I think they should let you be a puffle. You could buy a puffle costume and then turn into a puffle and do all the stuff that puffles do. (first timer)

I would Like club penguin to Have a Hotel, so we can rent our rooms for a sum of money like how many days, hours for some money.
Second one is an elavator to carry us up and down.
Third is to have Schools that we might need to attend.
Fourth a Diary Book to write stuffs down.
Fifth we can buy popcorns or drinks for the stage.
Sixth is to have a watch for members.. Like I mean, the watch we wear on our penguins. Under something we can click on it and check the time!

Have a Mimo777 party. That would be the best day ever. It would come around every other week. you would dress up like Mimo777 (the best you could) and get 250 coins for participating. You could also get a shirt after a scavenger hunt that says, Mimo Rocks! And a picture of you.

I think there should be a vacation island!!! Like penguins get on a boat or a plane and are taken to an island resort, that would be so awesome!!! And sine penguins would be away from their igloo for some time, there would have to be a kennel for the puffles!
I'm Thinking all members get to buy some kind of recording disk and go to the night club with the disk in you're hand, then record a tune in the DJ3K, then save. After that you bring it to you're igloo and put it in the music player thing.
And for the non-members they get to pick a tune from the nightclub and use it in their igloo.
More buildings, like an office, chill out room for non-members and members (seperate rooms)and more.
1 day every year, club penguin gets old style without wigs, UN-lockable items and more, but since it's gonna be a bit boring all the famous penguins will roam across Club penguin and we get to meet them.
A gigantic party for everyone for joining club penguin and recieve an item every year.
We get paid every month with 500 coins because we do jobs. (Well I do) x]
And an activity day for everyone with diffrent games in every room!

i think before you buy clothes in the giftshop or sports shop you could go in the dressing rooms and try stuff on then buy them!
If they don't have room in a room then they should make a message pop up saying "Sorry the room is full on this server but it's not full in [name of server]. Would you like us to move you to that server instead?" Also non-members should be able to buy stuff too. Maybe not as many stuff but still! When your not a member it's boring since you can't do anything.P.S. first Timer
So I have another idea for how non-members could get clothes without making it unfair for members. Anyone remember the special extra catalog they had during the Medieval Party? Well, I think at every party there should be an additional catalog like that that everyone is able to buy from. At smaller, shorter parties like the Adventure Party it could be relatively small, such as just a t-shirt and an accessory. Then, at big parties like the Music Jam, there could be a a few outfits and maybe even a wig or two. Perhaps the items could be very expensive in comparison to the normal items. This option would work well because the non-members would only be able to purchase things within a short period of time. Do any of the members object?
Oh and to add to my idea, non-members should be allowed to buy from the ninja catalog. They work just as hard to get their black belt.
Oh yeah AND cars! But then you would need levels, level 1 gets a convertible level 2 ferrari, level 3 lamburgini etc etc etc
PUFFLES UPGRADE
Orange Puffles, Dark Pink Puffles, Grey Puffles, Rainbow Puffles, Smelly Zebra Puffles, Polka dot puffles, Striped Puffles, Make your own Puffles, Heart Puffles, Crazy Puffles. All sorts. Plus clothes for the puffles. We don't like being around with no clothes, why would the puffles? Make like new shades for it. Like if it is red. Let it be a diffeerent shade. Like maroon. LOVE IT!! Hope you like my ideas!!
NON-MEMBER PENGUIN UPGRADE
Ok. For I a non-member penguin, it is not fun. There should be a non-member day. Where all the members are non-members and all the non-members are members. Plus you should at least be able to buy 4 puffles. It is not fair! Non-Members should also get to walk more puffles at a time. Non-members should also get a 1-year membership when they are 1 year old. Plus non-members should be able to go where members can. It's not fair especially if there are free items there! Plus we should also be able tobuy 4 itms out of the catolog! EACH MONTH!!
