I think club penguin already uploaded the picture, but later they had technical difficulties and had to remove the pin because of a glitch. This happened with catalogs a couple times before.

mimo i had a glitch on my computer when i clicked on the new pin an orange button came up and it said"this item is curently not available" it was weird!
I think its just an early glitch. A couple years ago in the june catalog they brought back A TON on items! But it said the items were unavailable also. A couple hours later it was working and you could purchase stuff. Hope this helps!

I don't know exacly if ur question means If Mimo got the Pin or how u get the Pin, so I'll answer both, lol:
Does Mimo Get The Pin?: Usually, no, we always see him with the same pin, no pin (I think!) Maybe he collects them, but he never puts them!
How do You get That Kewl Pin?: Go to the Coffee Shop, then go upstairs and go on the sofa.
It will ask u if u want to pick up the pin, say "Yes" of course, lol :P
