What you said was great! Club Penguin really should add these things to make it better! Just a few things to say.
1)There are already backyard igloos.
2)Actually you can already 'make' a pool using the waves and stuff. That's how I do the pool for my gym.
3)There is a high chance of hacking if trading/selling of items is allowed. Now, the only way to spend all the coins is to use postcards, which is often not very effective. And the other way to hack is to say bad stuff to ban the account. However with trading, a penguin can give away his/her coins easily.
Generally, CP should improve some of its facilities, but never to the extend where non-members get the same stuff as us members.(no offence) I seriously worked for 60 hours to purchase 1 6 month membership!

What if Club Penguin made it so we can choose our own puffles personality? Like they gave us a list at adoption and we check what we want them to behave like. And what about hiring sitters? So when you're gone, Club Penguin will take care of your puffles for you. You don't even have to be gone, just at a big party or something else on the island. You go to the pet shop and click on the catalog and on the first page it says "Hire Sitter" for like 20 coins per half hour.

I know Disney wouldn't allow non-members to have their own catalog, as it discourages people from buying their shiznit. But that would have been my main idea..
Anyway, I think that there should be one new penguin color, white, and then maybe two more species of puffles to choose from. If those don't work out, an alternative is they could design a permanent park, even though it would takes them a few months to a year tops.

club penguin should have a theme park on another ice berg near cp with roller coasters and you have to pay to get in!
I REALLY REALLY REALLY think there should be an ice cream parlor. they should assign a boss by taking a test and after a week they choose the top people and tell them which ice cream parlor on which server they r incharge of. and so everyone knows who the boss is they put a sign up that says the name of the penguin. I hope you like it!

I have a very good idea. I know that they will release a new area, that area will be Glacier or ice tower! In the glacier (new area)there will be a natural zone like forest. With Crystals,Rivers,some gems, etc. Good Idea Uh??

The problem with that is memberships are what pay for CP, so if they are free CP won't have enough money.

Ban every penguin for a short time other than 10
Green CP to celebrate Earth
That's because I listed 32 ideas!
Temperatures of 100 degrees and rising!!!
A TV for each penguin (member or not) with real television shows and movies!!!
