Ok so Im not Dex Dude but I can help you. To get people to go to ur blog, ask people to put it on their blogroll. And to be a CP Mod you have to be over 18. But to be a CPG Mod just answer questions and put (CPG Mod) next to your name when you do

No one can GIVE you the server, but we can help you find it. Awhile back, Mimo777 posted THREE EULC'S! If you want to find the server, you need to actually look at his previous posts. I'll give you a hint on the server: it starts with an "A". There are alot of servers that start with A but you should find it eventually.
