They probably will. If you google Clubpenguin Treasure Book Series 3 once the series 3 toys are released you should be able to preview it.

So cool!!! Guess what i saw. There at the Disney store at clackmas mall. They sell club penguin stuff. There was a duffle bag that on the side of it on a pocket it said "club penguin." Then inside it had a club penguin sleeping bag that was white with all differnt colored puffles. That cool your what?! Also some stuff amimal puffles. They were small. And a play sit.

So far, every time CLub Penguin release a new series of toys, they release a new Treasure Book to go with it so the Series 3 toys will unlock stuff in the Series 3 Treasure Book!
