Dear Puppyface 42,
I think that Mimo was able to get the Chobots people to make him a server. Mimo has been around long before chobots so he didn't name himself that after a server on chobots.

Yes this is true. The secret room is the EPF Command room. You can only go into this room if you buy the Nintendo DS video game EPF (Elite Penguin Force). You must enter the code from this game then you can go into the secret command room.

Yes,its true. But not all agent can walk and enter the room. actually the EPF agent can. you must enter a code ( such as unlock item code,but not with club penguin toys--> but with a CLUB PENGUIN ELITE FORCE DS) then you can enter the secret room !
Okay this is weirder than pie the new pin (gingerbread man) is out but old pin is still out too! Gasp!

Okay Vitacharm, Mimo doesn't like to give out too much info about his parties in advance because too many people will show up. But if you check his site and his twitter often, you will be one of the first people to know about a party!

You don't know when there will be a quickee party, that's the whole point. Mimo will just post quickee party on this server in this room see you there. The best way to find out when there is one is to check Mimo's site regularly.
