Mimo might already know but he doesn't think it's important enough to post. Logically thinking, most people might already know before they even go there because they are lit when it is dark. But it is a good cheat, nice observation!

Sensei says to ask a scientist. he also says something about the volcano causing fire form the sky. Many times volcanic eruptions cause massive lightning storms. Perhaps....
I wish they let us buy the new monster costume. :'( it's sad.
