Hey, Mimo actually did post that he was going to have a quickee party on his post: 'Mimo is blue!'
You have to be quick to get to his quickee parties but you can still go to his other parties that he gives clues out for ;)

mimo doesnt give clues to his quickee parties,he posts them on twitter or cpg for about 15 minutes and the people who see the post come.
mimo probably didnt add you because he has a full buddy list,and it wouldnt be fair to remove people.he said he adds penguin who are cool,like to hang out and do the mimo dance.
