Hey, it's not that hard to be a CPG Moderator. All you have to do is look for questions and answer them. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it but it still takes time to actually get on the CPG Moderators list on the CPG home page, I'm still working on it ;)

to be a cpg moderator you have to come to mimos site and answer and comment questions you see that the fans are asking. then if mimo thinks you are good enough he will add you to the site!

Hey, it is actually a yellow puffle that is at The Stage. I'm pretty sure there aren't any golden puffles on club penguin. Yellow puffles like artsy stuff so that's why there is one at The Stage :)
