Here is how you can get the new Club Penguin Blue Cape.
Step 1. Go to the gift shop.
Step 2. Click on the magazine icon in the lower right called, "Penguin Style July '07."
Step 3. Go to about page 12 where you see the Flower Basket.
Step 4. Click on the Flower Basket.
YOU HAVE NOW FOUND THE CLUB PENGUIN Blue Cape!
Why do you get a Blue Cape out of a Flower Basket? What a weird cheat.

ok l know that cheat but here r some more also if u click on the drum sticks u wil get some gogles and if u click on the divers helmet u get a viking hat then if u open and close that 4 times u get the rare blue viking hat c ya
