Now in April, Club Penguin had about 2.2 million!

Ok well my penguin in 1162 days old.. when i started playing cp in 2007 I was 11. I got everyone in my class to play it and we used to meet up in each others igloos and play mancala or whatever. Now im 14 and who's gonna play CP when they're 14.. Unless theyre like a famous penguin. We've moved on to facebook and twitter. My little brother though, is only 8 now and I made him an account in 2007 as well. He used to play it all the time but then he got sick of Members only things and the lack of parties. Every now and then I'll check for a new mission but now even thats gone! I think that if CP concentrated on getting newer players and having more parties, less people would quit. Also, being Irish the one week on CP I looked forward to the most was the Paddys Day party. Now even that is gone..

I think that because the clubpenguin team changed clubpenguin so much, that it,s pretty much a different game now. Back then,non-members and members were so alike, it didn't matter if you were a member or not. Now, it's basically "If you don't get a membership, you can't do about a hundred things." If clubpenguin's going to get those penguins back, then they need to make more stuff for both non-members and members. Until they do that, they're going to fail and clubpenguin's going to become the worst game in the history of virtual worlds. There's TONS of other virtual worlds that have stuff for non-members and members, but clubpenguin is just a sad case.

well i've quit cp cause first of all its for 6 year olds and i'm way past 6. And, way too much member stuff. I think there's alot of things cp could do to make it better.

Plus they don't even make a lot of missions. I mean,clubpenguin only has 11 missions, right? The Nintendo DS games already have more missions than clubpenguin and they've been around for a shorter time than clubpenguin. And they pretty much ruined clubpenguin with the popcorn incident. They failed big time. But at least we're going to be able to visit old HQs. Chobots IS way better. Sorry clubpenguin but you're to different now.
And another reason is cause of chobots. It is SOOOOO much better than cp. aatleast they let non-members get to have clothes that they can BUY. not just from parties. And, there's a lot of stuff that chobots is way better at than cp. They treat everyone the same :/

i think everyone quit clubpenguin because, the parties such as the co friendly one wasnt fun, there should be better clothing catologs, such as the old wigs and the white and red sunglasses, the camp out party was cancled, water party is not that fun, all of the igloo funiture is too modern, and the old igloos dont come back alot,so to sum it all up they need to bring alot of the old stuff back

i think club penguin lost one million players because there are too much member things! members get to go into secret rooms and things and us non members cant! club penguin should let every single club penguin player go into secret rooms and things NOT ONLY MEMBERS! i think they should give more non-members the chance to buy something almost all the stuf you can buy is member stuf. for example the ninja suit and stuf for in your house and puffles. if non-members could get more of those they would have more penguins on cp.

I guess that if the member items will have to stay as it is, at least introduce more things for the non-members to unlock. This will provide more of a balance in the game, and penguins will get bored of the game less easily.

I quit in January and came back well today :-) I think it will go down sometimes and then up because many people are now coming 14 + in January but they now need younger penguins ;)

What I think is that people think disney ruined club penguin. Many people miss the old rooms and parties. Sure we miss them, but club penguin has made a milestone! Really just think about it! The colors, new effects, and a bunch of other stuff! We shouldn't hate Billybob! He started almost all of club penguin! My brother quit only because he wanted to save his money. Poor club penguin staff! They worked so hard! But don't forget 2.2 million is still alot!

They stay signed on. They don't sign on and off, they didn't lose any penguins. Anyway they still have the same amount of penguins but they stay signed on it says. Also it doesn't matter how many views club peguin has as it doesn't have advertisements. There number of penguins are up and memberships
Wow, 1 million penguins! No surprise though... CP is definitely going downhill. More and more things are members only, our favorite parties are gone (e.g,Easter, St Patrick, etc)Rockhopper doesn't show up , missions are delayed, less clothing and furniture on the catalogs and the free items are OLD.Nothing new happens anymore and if it does most of the penguins don't have access to it. No wonder so many abandon CP. I'm not giving up on our penguin island though! i think they can get it as good as it used to be.
I think this is because that Disney are trying to make lots of money! No parties for non-members is just not fair!

Well ever since Disney bought Club Penguin things started going downhill.To many rare old items are coming back and theres too much just for members. Disney has also took some of our favorite parties, such as the water party, and changed names of other parties,
the Christmas party is now "Holiday" party.I think that is why people are leaving Club Penguin.

Alot of my friends had Club Penguin accounts. They don't play it anymore. They think it is babyish and borring. Maybe alot of penguins feel like that.
Here are my reasons:
1.) Too much Member's stuff (but they still need to make money)
2.) No more Holiday Parties
3.) The clothing is getting really strange
4.) We didn't have a mission for about 3 months
5.) They are editing EVERYTHING. No more PSA [:(
No more Sports Shop, The mine has been kind edited too much.
6.) Nothing big ever happens anymore, not counting the popcorn.
7.) There is too much merchandise.
8.) It takes them forever to get something done. Like with card jitsu.
9.)They made The EPF public.
10.) No more good clothing or furniture items. All of the good ole stuff is gone.
11.) Penguin Moderator (Like Rockhopper) Are hard to find and never come.
Sorry to be harsh to CP, but I think they overdid it. They make things too complicated. I mean, now they have all of these weird rooms and weird machines. Everything just got too strange.

Most of the penguins that quit playing cp is because of the membership. I think your idea is COOL! But you can say that it will be a really big new non-members & members room.
I think that CP should bring their old parties back, they were awesome! I think CP should televise a commercial for CP! They could show penguins dancing in the nightclub,penguins in the pizza parlor,and a scene of penguins at the april fools day party! It will also say "Become a secret agent" and penguins will be working in the new hq! And the whole time there could be a kool song playing! IT would be awesome!

One time I was watching Disney Channel and they launched a commercial about Club Penguin in 09'. I think that they need to advertise more because no one knows about Club Penguin. And plus they need to make less member stuff. Even I'm a member and I say it's unfair. They either make less member stuff or more non-member stuff. I mean, for instance, Puffle Rescue shouldn't have members only stuff. I believe that is why Club Penguin's charts are going down.

Wow... I haven't visited this site in a while, but I am assuming it is because...
Over 25% of Club Penguin's players were FAKE betas and were all BANNED FOREVER in April or May. This made THOUSANDS, maybe even MILLIONS of penguins quit forever, not even making new penguins and realizing what they did wrong.
All of Club Penguin's players keep getting older, and in fact they get too old to play Club Penguin. Then they quit, and no one NEW knows about the game so they don't have new players.
Trainers/3rd party programs, ESPECIALLY Penguin Storm sometimes have viruses causing computers to be damaged and it is often blamed on Club Penguin itself, therefore players are forced to quit sometimes by their parents.

Kids dislike that Club Penguin is dropping "all of the cool stuff" on paid members, and all non-members can do is chat and play mini-games. Other games, such as Wiglington and Wenks, allow you to pick your clothes on account creation and is easy to understand. Half of the decline of players is teens getting "too old" to spend hours staring at their screen- it becomes so precious once you're addicted.

Maybe they should sell virtual items for real money. You'd get a "Memory Ticket" and you could use the teleport function, swipe the ticket, and suddenly, your allowed to travel back to when you first logged in minimum, and the last party maximum) and you could get all the free items you missed or relive the memories of camping out during the camp-out party. It'll bring in a lot of old members and calm down the Disney haters because they can go back to before Club Penguin was changed. I'd do lots of work for money to buy more tickets.

Yes -- I think that many people, like me, will come on and see all the improvements, and maybe come on again. I think that CP's last hope is gradually gaining the ground they lost! Disney's only purpose is to gross money from us. But if we quit, how will they gross our money? They won't! So this must be fixed!

i do agree. i have only ben on cp 600 days, but i know in old cp, non members could buy like everything, and it was totally different. there is also way to much member stuff. if u r a nonmember, the first day of every party is exciting because u want to see wat everything looks like, but then it gets boring because u cant look for famous penguins because they are in member only rooms. i also hate the new epf forse because if u just walk into the everyday phoning facilty, u can become an agent. now i feel it was a total waste of money to buy the 1st cp ds game because u cant do anything with it anymore. its all about herberts revenge!

I think it is for two reasons.
1)People quit because of AGE. The kids that got really into it and really liked it all realized they were getting to old and had to move on.
2) People quit because of membership. Kids posibly started realizing that paying 9 dollars a month (30 for 6 months) so your invisible penguin with invisible clothing can visit an invisible world and show off their invisible house and their invisible furntinture..you get the idea. Kids realized that it would be cheaper to just buy a video game instead of paying 30 dollars to get invisible tihngs. It's just not worth it. :/
I think clubpenguin would be smart to make EVERYONE members. Maybe to keep players on, if you log on for 31 days (not in a row but just 31 days so people would have to come back) you will become a member. Now that everyones a member, HOW WILL THEY MAKE PROFIT!? :0 Well if everyone was a member, then there would be alot more people playing Clubpenguin, and alot more money to spend on merchandise. Make the coin codes only able to unlcok exclusive items (maybe even rooms) and the DS games (the more expensive of the merchandise) can unlock a new room, 2 exclusive items, and a special EPF/HQ Igloo theme. THAT is how they could, and should fix clubpenguin. Everyones treated fairly, while clubpenguin is still making income on people wanting to stand out.

i have been playing for years and i did stop playing cp for a long time. i occasionally play unless something exciting happens. i am a member, but in my personally opinion i think that:
1.)there's too much stuff for members and just ignoring the non members
2.)their parties are like the same (like the medieval party)
3.)there's not a lot of mission like they used to
4.)they replaced the "normal" places with something diffrent like the old dojo and the sports shop.
5.)most of the ppl are getting older and are just tired of cp and they move on (i haven't move though)
6.)all the merchandise is getting out of hand. i mean, no one wants to buy plushes or action figures.
7.)some ppl can't afford to buy the ds games or the memberships
8.)ppl ,like me, who are older are getting into facebook, twitter, formsprings, etc.

Parents think it's a waste of money and the hacks and programs for free memberships ruin laptops and computers. The cool parties are gone, members get banned forever, and too many things are for only members. I used to be obessed with CP in 3rd grade, and 4th grade i blew it off like a fly. The big thing is that when a kiddy company like Disney or something connects with a teen/tween popular site things go wrong. Disney used to be good, like the classics, now it just plain retarded.

I think that they lost lots of people cause they're making too many member only stuff. And plus, they're cancellig all the good parties like the Winter Fiesta/Winter Luau, St.Patricks Day Party and etc.

I think that people saw that news report that kinda trashed Club Penguin.
I think people are leaving because of those memberships. There's not much to do without them, but nobody wants to pay for an online game.

Not really, I liked the old stuff a lot. Now there isn't a secret room for just the EPF agents, and I paid money to get into that room!
It's probably because of all those commercials on Disney that made them join. But kids loose interest very fast so they just quit.
Clubpenguin is making things not as secret and it isn't as fun. And they got rid of all those parties.
What can we do? We're not gonna do anything, unless they bring back some of the secret stuff, and more non-member stuff.

Man! This is insane! I quit CP until recently, when I read your blog, Mo, and saw stuff about the new EPF and missions and Herbert and everything. I'm WAY not surprised that all this is happening. Ever since January, CP has gradually been slipping down the tube. Only a handful of people really care anymore! I used to be obsessed -- and recently, I completely repented! CP is making too many exclusive stuff, u have to pay for everything, Elite Puffle, EPF suit, membership, treasure book items, etc. You can also tell CP is getting worse, because on Mini clip, CP is losing its rank. It used to be #1. Also, maybe some people just didn't log on in April because their computers broke like mine. BTW, they aren't having new things that much anymore. All the old rooms, cool pins, and backgrounds are not there anymore. I barely go on CP because they rarely have new things. I just go on this site to see if they have new stuff, and then go on CP. If there are no new posts, I just go somewhere else. Most of you have noticed this, but we had to wait 1 and 1/2 year just to get a new mission. I personally think that the games are boring, and only give you a few coins. Also, most likely, CP is actually losing more than 1,000,000 penguins because new people are also making accounts.
CP removed the BEST parties like the Sports party, summer party, and water party.

BUT, you guys have to realize that the members PAY to become members- which of course, gives the workers of Club Penguin money. I think it is for two reasons.
1)People quit because of AGE. The kids that got really into it and really liked it all realized they were getting to old and had to move on.
2) People quit because of membership. Kids posibly started realizing that paying 9 dollars a month (30 for 6 months) so your invisible penguin with invisible clothing can visit an invisible world and show off their invisible house and their invisible furntinture..you get the idea. Kids realized that it would be cheaper to just buy a video game instead of paying 30 dollars to get invisible tihngs. It's just not worth it. :/
I think clubpenguin would be smart to make EVERYONE members. Maybe to keep players on, if you log on for 31 days (not in a row but just 31 days so people would have to come back) you will become a member. Now that everyones a member, HOW WILL THEY MAKE PROFIT!? :0 Well if everyone was a member, then there would be alot more people playing Clubpenguin, and alot more money to spend on merchandise. Make the coin codes only able to unlcok exclusive items (maybe even rooms) and the DS games (the more expensive of the merchandise) can unlock a new room, 2 exclusive items, and a special EPF/HQ Igloo theme. THAT is how they could, and should fix clubpenguin. Everyones treated fairly, while clubpenguin is still making income on people wanting to stand out.

I think they bringing TOO MUCH new stuff. The normal club penguin(before disney) said that ALL old items will return (apart from party hats and pins) but they are bringing our more new stuff! Plus almost EVERYTHING is members only nowadays.Plus the partys are repetetive and no fun anymore. Plus they're going overboard with the toys. Btw...I am 1 of the 1 million who quit.
The reason why 1m penguins have quit is that non members only get lame hat items and much of them are old items, I mean think about it the last time we got something that wasn't a hat was in xmas party 2008

I think maybe they should lower the price of meberships. I'm not saying this because I don't have a membership, and I wan't one I am just saying this from the bottom of my heart. They should have it like 2.99 that would attract the penguins that can't afford it right now. I don't think the way to handle this problem is sell more items, like some people are saying. That just drawls more kids away, that is part of the reason I left. I know when I look for a good website I look for one that acually "cares" about there customers. I understand that you need to make some money to keep the website going, but that does not mean you have to be greedy. I think what club penguin needs to do it put some more care into there website. Because when I look at club penguin now all I can think of is scam. But maybe if the website updated more often and took the time to thank the customers, more penguins would come back. They also need to understand that right now we can't just give away money, money is tight in most homes, so they should just lay low with advertisments, and toys. I think they should also include more non-member penguins in events, maybe that would help bring in more penguins. After the penguins got the feel of club penguin, maybe they would want to upgrade to an member.
But latey on club penguin they have been sloppy, and they just need to put more care, and less advertisments, into there website, and then more penguins would come back. I know I would.

I quit Club Penguin not too long ago, and to tell you the truth I never actually logged on that much; I was a blogger. I ran a very unique blog, about stories and eviction games. When I quit, a lot of people were pretty depressed and I guess were "inspired" to quit.
I think that people do not actually go on CP itslef as much, but more so blogs, twitter and everything connected to CP. You can not talk very much on CP itself, and people want to make friends. Twitter is easier to do this, as well as blogging and chats.

Well, CLubpenguin has to do more non-member stuff. As a member I think its unfair. Also, theres lots of other games coming out that are going to take up alot of other childrens time. I am a big fan of halo and clubpenguin. Lets talk about halo. With halo reach coming people are going to play it alot because of all the new stuff you can do on it. Now clubpenguin has so compete with stuff like that. I think they should make sure all the parties are on each year and that they need to make for stuff. Such as more new rooms, and games. Mainly it's probably 'cos everything is for non-members. This is why I like sites like Neopets and Petpet Park. They gve you more chice and freedom, whereas with CP, I have to say you can only chat, get free items and backgrounds and play games really and that's it.

I remember once when people requested Disney ears as a item, it never came, also old items are returning in every party, or things that happens, now the Construction hat is coming every month.

I agree that its because of member stuff. now cp makes LOADS of items and special rooms for members only. Also, Herbert's revenge was a big dissapointment, with more than half the game made of recycled missions, with "secrets not in the online game" even though there was only one in each, and the minigames couldn't make up for it either.
Guys, the reason why so much new stuff wasn't coming out was because they working on a new room, a new DS game, and a new mission that they had to do twice. Not only that, it takes three to six months to program all of this! Just stop complaining that you aren't getting what you want when you want it! If you stop and look around, you find that there are so many cool things to do! Club Penguin used to not need a lot of parties because their "faithful" penguins would make their own! I think that's always a cool thing!
Secondly, if you don't buy anything from CP, don't expect anything new in a while. Everything in this economy takes money. CP needs money to do more stuff. More memberships means more good stuff! Then, CP will get more money from Disney if they meet their second achievements! AND THEN, more good stuff will come out!
Well honestly i think a large percent of there penguins where or are middle schools and they just grew out of it i mean its kind of weird to go into school still playing a online game designed for like 11 year olds while your other friends are with there boyfriends/girlfriends or on the phone or facebook and your playing childrens games...honestly i would be a little embarassed to say i play club penguin like past the of 12.

I think it may be that Disney is givng the paid members a ton of stuff (exclusive rooms etc.) . The people who are nonmembers don't get much, so they don't play CP because they may think it is boring without all the members only features (all nonmembers really get to do is chat and play the mini games). Yes, nonmembers can get extra things by entering toy codes, but still the toys and video games cost money. The US economy isn't really in the best shape you know. Disney should offer more things to nonmemebers. ;)
I for one, am not leaving Club Penguin, because I have a membership and I have unlocked items though toy codes. I think that websites like Tootsville and stuff like that are a little too childish for me (sorry to the people who enjoy these sites.

i think the reasons cp is losing people is because
1.a bunch of kids are getting too old for cp and starting to do some other online games.
2.i haven't seen any ads out for cp so some of the younger kids that would play it don't know about it.
3.nearly EVERYTHING on cp is for members only
4.membership is a little to much money for what it gives you.'
5.usually members can't really do anything because usually only about a few weeks do they update the game and then you don't have anything to do when your a member still...
i think that if they want to improve they should lower the price of membership, make more stuff for non-members, try to make something for members to do when there isn't a party or new clothes, and run more club penguin ads on the TV or computer

Ok well my penguin in 1162 days old.. when i started playing cp in 2007 I was 11. I got everyone in my class to play it and we used to meet up in each others igloos and play mancala or whatever. Now im 14 and who's gonna play CP when they're 14.. Unless theyre like a famous penguin. We've moved on to facebook and twitter. My little brother though, is only 8 now and I made him an account in 2007 as well. He used to play it all the time but then he got sick of Members only things and the lack of parties. Every now and then I'll check for a new mission but now even thats gone! I think that if CP concentrated on getting newer players and having more parties, less people would quit. Also, being Irish the one week on CP I looked forward to the most was the Paddys Day party. Now even that is gone..

Ouch. Thats a hard hit to sales (1 Mil less players would make them take a huge blast in sales).
Maybe they should sell virtual items for real money. You'd get a "Memory Ticket" and you could use the teleport function, swipe the ticket, and suddenly, your allowed to travel back to when you first logged in minimum, and the last party maximum) and you could get all the free items you missed or relive the memories of camping out during the camp-out party. It'll bring in a lot of old members and calm down the Disney haters because they can go back to before Club Penguin was changed. I'd do lots of work for money to buy more tickets.

I think the beta testers got a lot of things, but later on non-members were pretty much the same, but members didn't have that many more priorities. Member's rooms were usually 1 room per party, not a whole area fenced off! I totally agree with CP being all about Herbert, and I hate it. I think that Herbert is pointless and irrelevant to CP's cause, and we should just get more parties! Need I remind you all that CP is full of smallish children who want fun things? The epf was supposed to be for the slightly older children who take joy in problem solving and detective work in a virtual manner! So therefore, I propose that ultimate safe chat will leave people to access those safe servers until a certain age. Those safe servers will have lots of fun parties that the older children can join in. But the normal CP servers will be more about spies and games and stuff, where you actually have to think about stuff first. How does that sound people? You agree? You disagree?

I know how to catch Herbert. Steal Klutzy and have a penguin wear a Crab Costume (From Series 8 Treasure Book). When Herbert looks for Klutzy he will find a Penguin in a crab costume a cage trap will be set and he will be caught. Then we can teach him Club Penguin is fun and nice (even though it is cold). Or maybe Gary can make a machine to fly Herbert to Hawaii or Rockhopper can take him to his island!

seriously, Disney is a childish company. they have lame kiddie shows like Phineas and Ferb that get even lamer with each new episode because Disney cannot think beyond a couple of good ideas. mix that with Club Penguin and you get total failure

CP has been losing soooooooo many players for many reasons: First of all, people have been quiting CP because CP has been cancelling WAY too many cool parties!! There has also been WAY to much "member only" things too!! And besides, CP toys, membership cards, and all that stuff is too expesive!! Also, people have been getting a lot older now and CP is boring for them (facebook and cell phones are more important to most). People are also "banned forever" and that loses penguins. CP doesn't usually bring back old items too!! Also, back in 2008, a glitch in CP happened and some players lost their penguins that were saved on their computers. (Long story short, this happened to me and I forgot 1 of the 2 of my penguin's passwords and I couldn't get it back because I made the penguin on my friend's email that I'm no longer friends with. I was lucky I remembered my other penguin's password.) A lot of reasons why so many penguins were lost. (expecting agreements)

actually, most of the people on CP ARE members. u cant go into a room on any server without seeing at least 5 during busy hours or 1 during the non-busy hours. the only reason that CP has lost players is because they are tired with the great parties (i.e. St patricks day, easter egg hunt, and Christmas) being replaced with newer parties that have poor items and no excitement

I think so many people stopped playing because it just simply got boring. I mean there isn't really a reason to keep signing in EVERY DAY. You just need to sign in to get a pin or something, but nothing is keeping people interested. I mean they did cancel most of the fun parties. Also, there is just WAY too much member stuff. I'm not saying that I don't play on Club Penguin, I still do, but I'm just not as interested in it anymore.
I had quit Cp for a while for a lot of things. One, price for membership was a little too expensive. Two, I mean come on, Do non-mems get ANYTHING? Maybe a little backround once and a while, or some useless hat, but i think non-members should be treated a little better. Three, I probably wouldn't be writing this comment right now if Club Penguin would advertise more. The Disney Stores don't have a lot of a selection to choose, and some people can't even see that its there. Club Penguin needs to really spread the word, they don't have anything like a commercial, or billboard. Being A company like Disney, i would expect more, considering all the success they have already created, its kind of sad to see that CP lost over a million penguins since the beginning of the year. And going back to advertising and member stuff, members have A LOT of rights. Non-Members get very little. Advertising would maybe help a little bit, but when new penguins find out how BAD it is to have non-membership, and their parents wont let them get a membership, in the end, their going to quit. Club Penguin just Doesn't put the hook on their new players. And kids are just really impatient to find a good game. They don't take they time to get into it. That's why i think Club Penguin should give more and more rights to all their non-members.And, with having all those member rights and rooms and stuff, with non-members quiting club Penguin, they would most likely pass it on to their friends how bad CP is without a membership. And like some people are saying, CP is taking out all the good parties.

I agree with you mostly... BUT the member stuff I have to disagree only because how do you expect them to keep CP going? There has to be some perks for members. And okay, how much is a membership? It's not THAT much. :| So I disagree with you there.

Penguins left because they thought everything was getting old and boring. And club penguin kids are getting old and moving on to other multi player games like runescape

there are alot of reason that i dont play anymore:
1. i have discovered something called INTERNET GAMES its so much better and some other mmo games lets you beat up ur friends (unlike CP)
2. all of my friends are either quit, forgot about it, or got banned
3. EVERYTHING (emphasis on everything) IS MEM NO JOKE clothes, rooms etc.
4. missions take such a long time to come out
5. the moment disney bought clubpenguin i had this headache telling me to quit no joke
how they would fix it? ill tell u:
1. MAKE SOME CLOTHES, ROOMS, ETC TO BE NON-MEM. about 73.3 percent of clubpenguin is non mem making more mem stuff is gonna kill clubpenguin
2. think twice b4 banning someone. my friend was banned just for saying hi to me NO JOKE

Wow... I haven't visited this site in a while, but I am assuming it is because...
Over 25% of Club Penguin's players were FAKE betas and were all BANNED FOREVER in April or May. This made THOUSANDS, maybe even MILLIONS of penguins quit forever, not even making new penguins and realizing what they did wrong.
All of Club Penguin's players keep getting older, and in fact they get too old to play Club Penguin. Then they quit, and no one NEW knows about the game so they don't have new players.
Trainers/3rd party programs, ESPECIALLY Penguin Storm sometimes have viruses causing computers to be damaged and it is often blamed on Club Penguin itself, therefore players are forced to quit sometimes by their parents.

People have been probably quitting Club Penguin either because:
1. Kids are getting older and are grown out of Club Penguin
2. Club Penguin isn't as fun as it was before it turned into disney.
3. Kids can't afford membership or anything that makes kids feel left alone and need the time to go outside and play to be healthy.
Some people say that it is too expensive to be a member. $5.95 month is not too expensive. Some people say there are too many members only rooms. What do the members pay for every month? The members only rooms! Why should the non-paying members be allowed the same standards as a paying member? Personally, I think they lost 1,000,000 players because everything is garbage on that website now. They never bring back truly old items, just items that they brought back over and over again. Look at the Sports Catalog. One update every 4 months. Come on! They also bring back the same plushes. They have so many options, why do they need to bring back the same ones? CP has been goign downhill because of its lack of creativity. Same stuff.
Also, I thought that the "honor" of being an EPF Agent was for the penguins who purchased the Club Penguin DS Game: Elite Penguin Force. Now, it is for everybody! Oh wait, now they are suckering you to buy Herbert's Revenge to get EPF clothes. Give me a break Club Penguin. Sorry I'm ranting Mimo ^^. What else? Oh yes, the chat filter. You can't say anything on Club Penguin anymore without it getting blocked. You can't even say "dog" anymore. COME ON! I agree with one of the penguins below. They DO take too long with important updates. Where has Rockhopper been since February? Everyone also wants really OLD items to appear in the treasure books. Not the same garbage you can get on CP any time you want. Look at the June Clothing Catalog. NO NEW SECRETS? ADVENTURER STUFF? WE WANT SUMMER THINGS LIKE A LIFE JACKET, NOT AN ADMIRAL COAT!
I didn't quit cp because of a special reason that i can't say here, but if there wouldn't be this special reason i wold quit it immediately because there was only cool stuff for members, non-members got almost nothing
I know quite a lot of people who dont play anymore.
I left cause it got boring talking to people who seemed i no longer got along with. i still log on atleast once a week to collect pins, check out parties, do missions but i dont go on to socialize anymore
