Dude, you have to be patient. You cannot be disappointed just because Mimo has not promoted you yet! The key to this whole thing is just patience. I have not complained about my promotion a single time, and Mimo promotes me if I do a good job. Just keep on moderating.

Yes, Hydro Hopper was originally named balistic buiscut on Club Penguin. But then club penguin had a vote and they re-named it hydro hopper.

i think there can be as many Mods as mimo's little heart desires lol. When Stickers was a Mimo Mod, people were still getting added. I believe Matthew722 and Spike Heaton, and you, all became Mods during Stickers reign as Mimo Mod.
