~Make music at the Lighthouse: Starting today musical instruments will be available in the Lighthouse all the time, because we love to see you guys jam!
~Design your igloo: We know how creative you are with your igloos and we wanted to give you more. If you liked the T-shirt builder in Penguin Style, you're going to love the new Better Igloos catalog.
~Spy Phone Updates: EPF Agents will face greater challenges to keep the island safe in August. You'll receive new Field-Op orders with more Spy Phone games to test your skills. Plus you'll be able to obtain brand new elite gear with your medals!
~Earn Stamps: Stamps will be available for everyone, and we wanted to give members access to exclusive stamps and features. As a result, some of the harder levels in games will be made member only. The games that will be changing are Jet Pack Adventure, Catchin' Waves, Thin Ice, Astro Barrier and Aqua Grabber. Don't worry, everyone will still be able to play the first few levels.

After seeing the Lots Coming for Members! article. I am fed up.and don't answer this e-mail by saying "Members play a big role in making Club Penguin better all the time and we wanted a way to say thanks by adding more stuff' for them'' I liked CP before disney. The only thing that used to make club penguin different was how non members could enjoy themselves but now its just like everything else. I know your just going to reply to this email with a silly reply like you had done to my last 2 emails.

This is unfair, I think there should be a non-members only party! Like just one special spot that they make just for the party, that only non-members can go into, and they should have a brand-new shirt or something. Who agrees?

Clubpenguin's Reason Why They Are Doing This:
Members pay so they should get more, and since nonmembers don't pay we should cut them short...
From Member Penguins:
Some Members don't think that there are enough perks for them so they are complaining to clubpenguin. BUT Some Members think its not fair that so many people are cut short!
NonMember's view:
It's not fair that members get EVERY thing! We hardly get any clothes to start with. We dont even have the ability to costom our clothes like the members! Or even have more then 2 puffles, when members can have 18 puffles!
My View:
It IS kinda fair, but the whole reason why there is members is to make money and to bribe nonmembers to pay them for a few perks that you will have to renew in a month to a year!

Sorry guys, this will be long, but I want to make a point. Just try and read this all, for the sake of everyone.
Hi everyone, I have a special request. Are you a non-member and you don't think this is fair anymore? Well, I think non-members, and members should send a special request to Club Penguin Fanmail about a Non-Member Party. Nothing big or very special, just something only Non-members can access. A special room, let's say, The Rooftop? Only Non-members can get in, and it's nothing much. Just banners and balloons about how much Club Penguin appreciates the non-members too.
The special item could be a T-shirt, saying 'Non-Member Party 2010!!' I think that would be cool for the non-members, because they might stop playing after all of this happening. This would be really nice, I have to admit, also, they could get a medal or something. Just something small for them, nothing very much.
This would make me so happy if everyone could send a request for the Non-Member Party 2010. I asked them about this a long time ago, they said if more people asked they might just do it! Please guys, even if you are a member, remember when you weren't a member? You felt terrible, weird, left out, and more. They need something, something to make them keep playing. Something for them to look forward to, every year, please guys, just try. It would make my day, and a lot of other penguins too.
And Mimo, I know your a cool guy, a nice guy, someone who cares, could you send a special request to Billybob or something? I'm not making you, I just would love it if you could.

Heres my story about becoming a member of CP.
i started playing club penguin in about 2007 (idk). and when i found out about members. i was excited to be one but unfortunately you have to pay a monthly fee. so i asked my mom and she said "no". i was upset (even though that members only stuff wasn't such a big thing) so i kept asking that year every once in a while but in December 2008 (i think) i asked again and she said "yes". you know why she said yes? because i said it wasn't really fair. but literally you can by a membership card at like walmart or target. i mean thats an easy way to become a member and a monthly fee is like $6.59 (i think). i mean seriously its that simple jeez dont freak out just buy with your own money at a store and big bang boom your a member jeez! just calm down.

That was a really rude comment. A LOT of people can't afford it in this economy. My family is poor and can barely afford groceries. The only reason people buy memberships is so they can show-off and think they are cooler than nonmembers. And if you bought a membership and all you did was donate money to CP and get nothing in return, then no one would have a membership. Then people would understand its just a waste of money. Why pay real money for virtual things for a virtual penguin. Makes no sence to me. I don't even want a membership for my birthday or x-mas cause I think it's unfair to nonmembers. If you were a nonmember, you would understand. And BTW: I'm not crying like a little baby, I'm proud to be a nonmember!!! And you know why, because nonmembers are just as good as members!!!!!!!!!

First of all stop being rude. Some people children that are playing CP can barely afford food to eat. A Club Penguin membership isn't even a option for some kids. Before you go and make rude comments, think a little.

My friend and used to be non-members. (we were friends in real life) We liked to imgaine like CP would make this mall and only non-members could get in and we could buy invisible puffle and really awesome stuff. But don't just start being mean to members and say "down with members!" and stuff like that because still everybody is a person and a person has feelings. I mean they want to have a membership but it's not their fault that CP is doing this! Maybe you should ask CP (send an E-mail) that non-members can also buy clothing and stuff. That way you don't feel so left out and have nothing to do. I feel really sorry for non-members. Know what? It's CP's fault that they think everybody can afford a membership. They probably don't understand that maybe some people think that there are more important things to spend money on than membership.
The only way non-members can get clothing is at a party (very cheap ugly party clothes) or treasure book. But watch, eventually CP will turn the treasure book into a members only. Everybody reading this comment should send CP an e-mail telling them that non-members should enjoy things too and also be able to buy clothing!
I am a non member and very sad at the changes. If Disney want to put people off then they are going the right way about it. This will also reflect on their merchandise sales and they will probably get less money in the long run.
Cp is gonna lose a lot of penguins with this. I like additions like the plushes and unlocking items cause everyone could do that & even though I'm usually a member I think this is going too far & not fair at all. Non members deserve fun too!!

I used to be a member, but I canceled it because I don't play enough for that $6 a month to be worth it. Now members can do so much more than a year ago. And, if I remember right, membership is more like donating to CP and the extra features are your thank you gift for giving them money. (They told me that in an e-mail) I think Club Penguin should just have some ads to pay. They never bother me on other sites....

Well I'm thinking Club Penguin is trying to make the site Member's only. It's not like you're going to have to pay to get on Club Penguin, they're just making it more boring for non members so soon there are going to be only members online. I started playing on Club Penguin in 2006-ish. Back then there were parties often and lots of New backgrounds not old ones that everyone has. Rockhopper came with an Item then he opened the Captain's Quarters for Non Members too. There were also lots of free items wow that's why I have so much stuff. There were fairs and I played for fun.
Fact: Non Members have way more coins than Members seriously offer any member the amount of coins that you have and you'll make their wish come true
Before Club Penguin was with Disney it was funner. Club Penguin became more of a Big Buissness than a virtual world. Consider that they sell books plush toys and most important Membership

We're not saying everything should be equal! We're saying that now CP is giving a little to much just to members! Yes, you do pay and yes, for this you deserve some special members-only things, but there was a time before Disney took over CP that the members had their special privileges, but the non-members could also enjoy way more of Club Penguin, and it was great back then! We just want it to go back to being that way instead! Non-members help Club Penguin too, you know. We don't pay, but if the non-members weren't there, Club Penguin wouldn't be nearly as successful.

Yeah, $5 for one month isn't much. But think about how much money that's going to cost you over a year or two. That's $60 for one year. Personally, I don't want to spend $60 dollars a year on a virtual world. I want to be able to go on and have fun. For free.
And one day, everyone who was a member on Club Penguin is going to look back and regret spending so much money on it.

I TOTALLY agree with you. I mean, we members PAY for those benefits. I was a non-member 2 years, I was MAD at CP. But then i decided to buy a 1 year membership and my life changed, i saw members from another point of view, and they deserve those changes

If you're a non-member Club Penguin thinks of you as a demon. This members only thing is really ticking me off. I wish Club Penguin was like Fusion Fall, all free, all of the time. If anyone disagrees with me that it's unfair and anyone who wants to comment be my guest, because I will always know that I'm right.

Personally, I find this quite ridiculous. With world economies like they are, Club Penguin should be limiting member-only activities or at least making membership cheaper. This was not well thought out by the CP Team, if you ask me.
What is wrong with disneys warped minds. They arnt letting non members play through the whole jet pack adventure. thats my favorite game.
I think that if you own the EPF DS game(s) you should be able to do the missions that the members get to do soon. Because if you own the game then you probably were an EPF agent before the PSA shut down. and it wouldn't be fair to those who have the game and were in the EPF first and didn't get to do the missions.
i found a new cheat. you have a new music band shirt like that kacdis one and have a GUITAR and then dance!

I am a non-member but I have been a member before. I agree some things should be for members only like clothes and furniture but not games! That's the only thing non-members can even do, and now we don't even have that! Soon CP will lose all the non-members because some people can't afford to be members or their parents won't let them etc. It's so unfair!

I agree that CP needs to put more stuff for non-members, but seriously. The people who make this have a family and children! They have to pay for everything that our parents have to pay for too! Do you think they are going to spend hours, sitting at a computer, writing endless amounts of code and HTML for 7 days a week, 18 hours a day for no money? Making a website as complex as CP will take lots of work!

I think it is good that there is more for members onn Club Penguin, besides they pay money to play, like me:) It is also good because there are still lots of things for non members to do! I really like Mimo777's Club Penguin Cheats as I get tips from it! CLUB PENGUIN ROCKS!
This really stinks! I used to always play Jet Pack Adventure and now that is only the first level for non-members. I almost never go on anymore. Only when I'm bored. And since non-members can hardly do anything, I get even more bored!
Uno57: Webkinz is awesome! Non-members still have a ton of privileges! Not like Club Penguin!

Club Penguin really stinks! I am only going to go on about once every two months. I don't really care about parties anymore because I have half the stuff and the members get all the good stuff. Like many people are saying, some people can't afford a membership.
