FINALLY! 500 years later...
Since he is finally coming, make him stay for November and December because to make up the absence.
The Red Light you see is the beacon we penguins built in Shipwreck Island(To guide Rockhopper the way back to his home island),so,there is a small red flashing dot you can see in the telescope of Club Penguin .
