I don't think there has ever been a beach party before so who knows if this is even considered the "biggest" beach party ever? Why? Will future years hold shorter beach parties?

why is it called teen beach movie summer jam if it starts after summer ends.

It is still considered "summer" and
Teen Beach Movie didn't come out until July, and they were already having a party then.
