Find the new Club Penguin secret Blue Cape

To find the Club Penguin hidden Blue Cape do the following:

Step 1. Go to the gift shop.
Step 2. Click on the magazine icon in the lower right called, "Penguin Style May '07."
Step 3. Go to about page 7 where you see the "Marching Band Hat."
Step 4. Click on the feather on the band hat.
