Special Update from Spike Hike!

Spike has a Club Penguin secret.... And he's finally going to share!
Some of you may have seen Spike show up occasionally in the Friends list from a place called "My Penguin."
Some people guessed that it may be a secret Club Penguin app... They were right!

There is a new iPad app coming soon!

The first version of "My Penguin" will let you play some of your favorite mini-games, shop from the catalog, and change your Penguin's outfit. The app is totally connected to Club Penguin, so your Penguin, clothing and coins will be shared whether on mobile or the web!

But that's just the beginning! Cp will be updating the app regularly to make it more and more like Club Penguin on the web!

I can't wait for "My Penguin" to come out in the app store! What do you think!?

Penguin of the Day: Thruthenite!

Hey everybody! Here is another Penguin of the Day! Check it out!

A member of the Club Penguin Team said that someone's been doing a lot to help the environment in their local community. This penguin has raised money to help endangered animals, and helped raise awareness for autistic children... Congratulations, Thruthenite! You got added 5,000 coins to your account for being the Penguin of the Day!

Cp LOVES hearing about helpful penguins like Thruthenite. If you want to nominate someone who you think deserves to be Penguin of the Day, let them know more about them!

Daffodaily5's Featured Fashion: April 22nd!

Check out Daffo's special Featured Fashions for April 22nd! She says:

"Welcome to Daffodaily’s News Corner. Coming up on today’s program: Reports of ‘superhero’ sightings around the Island are increasing, sales of capes are going through the roof, and many penguins have reported anonymous heroic deeds taking place. CP photographers have managed to get some exclusive snaps:"

0vicky- Some sort of super hero dog was spotted marshalling civilians through the Town with a megaphone. Could being cute and cuddly be her super power? WOOF!

Emperor Pegi is showing some ace colour-coordinating powers! I wonder if his laser beam shines to outer space? Because his style is out of this world!

This hero is certainly not stealthy with that epic rainbow afro, but I wonder just what kind of powers Houdini2 has? Red neckerchief- this season’s must have hero accessory ;)

We’ve heard reports that Pingwan2004 has been on a ghost hunt around the Island, saving penguins and swinging from room to room with that amazing grappling hook.

Daffo needs your help giving these penguins amazing superhero names! Leave a comment on the CP blog with your superhero name suggestions, and the winner will get 1000 coins!

I would totally be MimoMan if I were a superhero! What would your superhero name be!?

Tour Guide's Marvel Super Hero Takeover Q&A

Club Penguin's newest blogger, Tour Guide is posting his first ever blog post! He spends lots of time with Polo and the Club Pentuin team. He always reads our comments and give tours. I guess that explains his name, huh?

Anyway he meets lots of questioning penguins and wants to answer as many as possible.

So, he is giving us some answers to our Marvel Super Hero Takeover questions.

Will last year’s Marvel costumes return?
They sure will! You’ll have another chance to suit up as all your favorite Marvel characters. We can’t wait to see all your crazy Hulk, Loki, and Black Widow outfits. AND there will be new surprises... Marvel costumes you've never seen before.

What kinds of new activities will there be?
Fasten your flippers! There’ll be two brand new mini-games, available only during the party. One for heroes. One for villains. So pick your side!

Which Mascot will visit?
Just like last year, Aunt Arctic will be there on the ground to cover the clash between good and evil! Stay tuned to the blog for dates and times.

What will non-members be allowed to do?
Non-members can join a side to protect or destroy Penguintropolis! And everyone can play the new super hero and super villain games! Flippertastic!

Now, here is a question for all you Tour Guide Troopers… What are you most excited to experience at the Marvel Superhero Takeover?

Herbert's Master Plan Reviewed By You!

Last week, Club Penguin asked us what we think is the most awesome, epic super power in the entire universe. And, apparently you all had some "amazing ideas!"

Here's what indigofire14 said:

I think the most awesome, epic super power in the entire universe is invisibility. No sense can be more fooled than sight! Also, when you're fighting supervillains, the element of surprise is on your side. They'll never see you coming. Ninja power! Invisibility would DEFINITELY be useful for taking down Super Villains.

I'd have to say I agree!

So, for the next review, the question is from agents... IF YOU ARE NOT AN AGENT, DON'T READ...

"What is Herbert up to?! Tell us why you think Herbert stole the hot sauce, and what you think he's planning next."

Don't forget, Club Penguin will add 10,000 coins to your penguin account if they choose your answer!
So cool, huh?
