Ok, we know most of you already know this. So, this is for the newbies. ;-)
Before you can become a Secret Agent you must be at least 30 days old.
Here is how you can become a Club Penguin Secret Agent.
1. Click on the "M" badge in the upper right of the screen.
2. Click through until you get to the questions.
3. Here is how you answer the Secret Angent questions.
Q. Are you ready to become a Secret Agent?
A. Yes
Q. Pick one quality that you think a Secret Agent should have.
A. Honest
Q. Pick the correct reason to report a penguin to a moderator.
A. Being mean or rude
Q. What would you do if you saw a penguin breaking the rules?
A. Report them
Q. Which type of personal information should be reported.
A. Saying their address
Q. Pick one reason why you want to be a Secret Agent.
A.I want to keep Club Penguin Safe.
Q. Pick another reason why you want to be a Secret Agent.
A.I want to help other penguins.
Now you are a Club Penguin Secret Agent! You will have a Spy Phone in your inventory next time you log on.
You will also have have access to HQ and participate in Secret Missions.

How do u completely pass the EPF test?
Mimo, shouldn't you think you have to show how to become EPF Agents instead of showing how to be PSA Agents now? Now, if you click the 'M' ( Moderator ) icon, the link 'Become a Secret Agent' is not there. So now, you have to show the ways to pass the EPF Facility Test.
