Answer: When the Penguin Games was still here, you can get the two face paints at the pizza parlor and coffee shop. Blue at Pizza Parlor, red at coffee shop. Hope u got it earlier :D

when u do Quickee party on what servers do u usually go on.... and where do you find out when there is Quickee party be specific :) like a website or something. =]
