The Club Penguin EPF Director has sent us another message. This time it is to Herbert! Check it:

    hey mimo its funnyface and i found out how non-members got on the rooftop. well on other blogs they said that if you type in a certain URL you get up to the rooftop but i did not try this because i do not know if it is true
