How can Club Penguin make a FREE item become a member item? Weird!
Do you still have your old life jacket? Or, has it been removed like mine? Do you think Club Penguin took the item intentionally or do you think it is just a bug?

ReplyDeleteThere were two old Life Jackets. One was a member one and one was the Rockhopper one. I still got my old member one with my new member one but my old Rockhopper one has gone too. :(

ReplyDeleteI think that Club Penguin intentionally removed the free life jackets. This way, only members can go in. For once, they should treat the nonmembers nicely. They should have atleast made the Brown Puffle free for nonmembers because they can only have two puffle types.

ReplyDeleteokay this is insane. i cheeked my first cp account that has membership and i have it and can wear it but when i went to my second non member account it was still in my inventory but when i tryed to put it on it said that its a member item!!!!

CP shouldnt need to remove an old item just to keep nonmembers out of member rooms, all they have to do is make it so only members can get in even if youre a nonmember with the item needed to get in. theyve done in several times in the past (like the secret lab in halloween 2008, you needed the scientist coat to get in and nonmembers could unlock it but still couldnt get in) without removing items from players inventories

Yea, I mean, all they have is half the (originally non-member) games, the ability to actually BUY items, most of the puffles, their own parties, EPF gear, and more! They OBVIOUSLY should also have a 2-year-old non-member item!

ReplyDeleteI have proof this is a bug. I went on cp, got the old life jacket on, went to the shore, and built the boat. The hatch didn't open, so the old life jacket wouldn't work anyway. It is probally a bug.

ReplyDeleteI actually asked Club Penguin why this was, cos I thought it was a bit unfair, and they told me it was so that Non-Members wouldnt be able to get to Brown Puffle Cave, as they said some had been using those LifeJackets and getting over, because they had been using those instead, because they knew that it wouldnt be picked up on the System since it had the same name as the other Life Jacket, which you have to buy to get over. I did ask if you would get them back, but they said that they couldnt tell me, however they said that after the Party some Items that Non-Members had will be back in the Inventory, so don`t be to sad! Remember, this was what I was told, they may change it afterwards..... OK for me though, since Im a Member. :) Thanks Mimo!

ReplyDeleteI think its a bug because the new Cp dont tamper with the old. Maybe they put the membership "stamp" on the New life jacket while at the same time, accidently doing the same with the old one.

It is true that only penguins with a membership can enter the Brown Puffle cave. What did you think of the cool maze though? Did you find it hard wondering through the tall trees? I think my favorite part was the crazy machine invention! Although it did take me quite a long time to figure it out... Did it take you a long time?
If you notice anymore bugs, be sure to let us know! The sooner we know about them, the sooner we can fix them!
