Club Penguin Coins for Change and Beyond!

Since we raised 12 billion coins on Club Penguin in December, many of you have been wanted to support Australia due to the recent flooding there.

Coins for Change is over for now, but did you know you are still helping children around the world? A portions of all Club Penguin memberships goes to help children all year long! Awesome!

If you want to know other ways you can help, go to Club Penguin's Global Citizenship section of their website.

Isn't it good to know that some of our membership money goes to help other? What are some cool ways you think Club Penguin can help around the world?

  2. Its great to know some of you americans/ canadians are looking out for us even thpouh we are practically on the other side of the world.im from victorica, but we still got some major flooding, but our cries for help where drowned out by the amount of queens landers with flooding problems. we lost a quarter( about 30 died of stress) of our cattle on the river flatts. our dam overflowed into the stable and made the horse feed go mouldy and our drive way is not much anymore. And a few years back we had the fires. we haven't even fixed all he damage from that. it wreaked 50 acres of pasture for the cattle and horses. where i love in victoria it gets stinkinly hot ( sometimes 50 degrees!!!!! it happened last year!!) I know most of the money is cp sends some out will go to queens land because that is where we have more of our touristy places but if any ends up here in victoria we couldn't be more grateful :)

  8. oh and ps that " peggy" person if she was sarcastic id like to see her be sent to help clean up after the floods in queens land, because even if we are on the other side of the world we still suffer from every day life and with that cyclone menacing queens land my perants will be forces to spend MORE TAX, when we still need that money to fix the burnt, weak fences from the fires. yet again, thank you to the people who give a hoot to us suffering here in australia :) Myself, My Friends My Community here in a small town that gets snow in the winter and fires in the summer WE all really appreciate all the help you have given us :)

  14. Hey, if you got a iPhone, Ipod or a iPad etc., you can go on Club Penguin's mobile website! Go to the bottom of the website and it will say... Club Penguin Disney Online Studios Canada Inc. Copyright 2010. All rights reserved. Weird, it's 2010 not Copyright 2010-2011.

Wow! I'm sorry for your loss... And I can sort of feel it too. Yikes, scary stuff. California doesn't have much damage except for earthquakes. I'm glad the Club Penguin caring, don't you?

  26. Omg. I am so freaked out! I'm in Cairns, QLD, and there is a category 4/3 cyclone coming Straight For Us!!!!!!!!! It's due on Wednesday 2nd of January. We're stocking up all our fridges and all. This is going to be worse than cyclone Larry. (By the way; the new cyclone's name is Yahze. I don't know how it's spelt)

  29. I was lucky enough to leave my holiday area on time. I went on holiday somewhere on an island up near Queensland. I live somewhere where the flood has hit but it isn't critical. Unfortunately, Queensland is going to have a cyclone coming soon. Mother nature has truly taken its toll :(

  30. I live in Australia, and it's really heartwarming to hear about all the people all across the world, from China to Canada, donating money to the flood relief and caring about the horrible stuff that has happened in the last few weeks. Keep up with the support because it helps us get through this stuff. Thank you all, and thanks to Club Penguin as well, if they are donating, it means a lot.

  31. Mimo has this happened to you? You log on and it says you don't have any stamps and you start earning the stamps you already have like the 365 day one. That happened to me and a lot of my friends!

  32. Here's one word that sums everything all up: Armageddon. It means 'End of the world'. Think about it! Cyclones in Queensland, Floods in Victoria, Bushfires in Western Australia. It's Armageddon for Australia. Mother Nature's working overtime.

P.S. I am doomed; My house isn't exactly cyclone proff, and we're in the path of one. :(

  36. Very inspirational. All my family is in QLD and they had no food because no trucks could come to their town due to the flodded roads. They had to eat tin-can food. Even McDonals had no food supply. Now the floods are over and took lives, a cyclone is about to hit and it may affect my families area. Great to see nice supporting penguins.
