Hey, Jarrett103! In the US, you can find them at Toys "R" Us, Disney Store, Walmart, Target, both Disney parks, Walgreens and Rite Aid. The Octagonal Tin is about $30. (There are too much versions, the octagonal tin is only one!)

The card jitsu water cards are available from places like target and toys r us. There are different sets so they vary in price.
