And, they would like us to help design a mural that will be painted at the new school's playground!
They want us to show what having fun means to us by drawing and sending them a picture of our penguin playing with our buddies! Club Penguin will pick the top 4 pictures, and we will get to vote for them on the What's New Blog!
The winning artwork will be painted by one of our artists as a large wall mural. They hope this mural will help share the gift of fun with all the kids who play there. Awesome!
We will be able to submit our pictures next week, but if you want to get started, here is the Do's and Don'ts list for your picture:
Do:
1. Draw between two and four penguins playing together.
2. Draw the picture taking place outdoors.
3. Draw penguins with only one or two simple items. Like hats and scarves!
4. Try to use five colors or less.
5. Use any art style you like! Pencils, pens and paints are great!
Don't
1. Include any personal information (like an address).
2. Use any words.
3. Use anyone else's pictures.
4. Draw large or complicated items. (No Squidzoids!)

It didn't look like you now that I thinka bout it because you had red hair...

The submission is coming next week. It said in the announcement. Maybe you didn't see it, it took me a few times of reading to make sure i understood the do's and don'ts.
I finished my drawing! It came out a million times better than I expected! I don't wanna say what I drew, because I have a feeling it will be copied.

Coolio! I had trouble drawing penguins at first too, but then I went to..(be prepared for the story of my life here)... my room. I went to my fancy pretty book shelf/case/dinosaur tail, and got my books about Club Penguin! I opened up to a random page in a random book, and drew a penguin. The End...

i have a cheat for Mimo! I know what the card jitsu amulet will look like when it is finished. Want to see for yourself? go to the fire Dojo and click on sensei. at the bottom of his beard you can just see his amulet. Click on it and he will show you the completed version. Also if you go to speak to sensei with a puffle he will say something different when you speak tyo him. Hope this is cool, Wyldefyre.

ReplyDeleteI think that this is not a very good idea. what if some of the kids don't like club penguin or think it's childish? there are some kids like that and I think that it would not be a very good idea. Maybe if it's just penguins playing, but their not gonna find one that doesn't look like a cp penguin if they choose the fans of cp to make them since they whole point is to put a cp mural. To sum it up, I don't think painting a cp mural is a very good idea, bc it just wastes money, and the money is what they need. Good job Club Penguin! You're wasting money that could be used elsewhere.
