Godzilla5419: Firstly, on Mimo777 rules he says that you should not type in caps. If a new seedy room for the P.S.A does come (even if it does, it wont come really so soon), it is probably located in the Mine shack as one of Billybobs sneak peeks in the club penguin community blog.
