Yeah you are right, but there are some easy ways to help:
- Visit your local Whole Foods, Stop and Shop, Shaws, etc. I am positive that they have donation cards for Haiti.
- If you go online to a RELIABLE WEBSITE, you can donate.
- Many stores are holding donation sessions with the Red Cross.
- Lastly, many schools are holding events that benefit Haiti!
Those are some really easy ways to help the victims of the Haiti Earthquake, and Remember, even if you make a small donation, it still helps!!

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry mimo that I haven't been commenting lately but this has been one of the most busy school weeks of my life. I hope to comment more often now that it is the new quarter. But yes I have been helping Haiti. Not so much Haiti but two particular victims of Haiti. One of my teacher's son and wife were in a five story building when the earthquake hit. They both survived but lost everything they owned. So me and two other friends of mine made a poster and raised money at one of the school basketball games. We raised $1,100!!! Way more than we had expected.

cool my school actully just had a bake sale ro raise money for hati today! i was working to help sell the cupcakes and cookies that so many kids in my school brought in to sell. it was awsome we raised around $200.00 for hati! so i guess you could say it was succesful!!! :-)

That earthquake was MAJOR! Tons of people are injured, they have no hospitals for the hurt...it just makes me sad thinking right about it! Someone I know's friend's grandparents were in Haiti when that happened! But they returned safely!! They are just burrying people, and some of the families who know that specific person don't even know if they are alive! Oh, I think I am gonna cry :'(

since i'm ill i don't know but my sister tells me that we pay a pound (or dollar from wear you are) to wear trainers to school.

Actually, Safa is a CPG Mod! Scroll down on the website until you get to the Mod list. He is placed as a Mega Mimo Mod! And, yes, Safa is one of the best Mods I know!

You can be a CPG Mod, (Safa isn't the only mod, check the bottom.) There is a list of mod rules, which lists all the things a mod should do, one of the main things is answering peoples questions politely, and then add CPG Mod. Keep in mind that you can only add CPG Mod after answering a question, not when asking a question or just commenting on the post. Hope this helps,

OMG, my school does that too! Except its on the last day of the week after a week on studying about books, buying books and donating! We raised a LOT of money last year! I dressed up as TinTin.

ReplyDeleteYes, My school helped Haiti by having a quick 20 minute telathon in homeroom the other day and were accepting donations all week. In total, after 3 days of donations, we raised $1,637 for The Amerian Red Cross toward helping Haiti :D
