You're right it doesn't let you make your penguin without an oringinal name. But during the first few days the name might not show up since you are a new penguin.

To answer your Question it's because It has to go through a Fillter! It's like it doesn't Know your name yet so it calls you Penguin and some numbers! Normaly After you play for awhile it will go away and come up with the name you created for your Penguin!

The day you make your penguin it will show as (example): P1234567. But once you play it for a bit longer, it will show your name you set it as.

Rockhopper is actually Herbert in disguise and wants to take over cp so he placed then bad robots everywhere and has rubbed the words off the lighthouse. He will then capture some of us and make us give him all the puffles and...(thinks)er...he will then give us back the penguins but only if he rules CP (remember we don't know it's Herbert, we think it's Rockhopper!) So he captures Aunt Arctic, Sensei, Candence, Gary and the real Rockhopper. Herbert makes the rules no running, no playing, no fun. Then Gary says he will give him the real gold puffle for the famous penguins escape! They escape and give Herbert a yellow puffle instead. We make Herbert a new ship called the Minesleeper and make it set sail to the North Pole, where he meets Santa and turns good because he wants some presents! The end (waits for lots of clapping) Thank You Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!

I had the same problem. My name was orignally Kkkkkk123 but they changed it to P4835967 even though I was 345 days old (or something like that!) Then someone came up to me and said contact CP about your name, I had the same problem! So I did just say can I have my orignal name back which is ____ please. And I have now got my name back!

ReplyDeleteIts pretty obvious, isn't it Mimo? The Light house banner used to say "Coins for Change Concerts." Or something like that. Now that Rockhopper and Coins for change have gone, Club Penguin must have got rid of the sign! Its TOO obvious. NO COPYING!

Maybe it's because there are too bright lights behind it, it would make a penguin blind.

ReplyDeleteHow did they get the banner on in the first place. When I go in the Beacon all i see is a wide room but when i go to the beach and i see the webiste the tower is skinny so how did penguins get the banner on?

I've noticed that... I think that it means that your name hasn't been approved yet, or maybe someone reported your name. If you have an "inappropriate" name, or even if it isn't inappropriate name (sometimes people report you for no reason at all), they will erase your name and put 'P' and a bunch of numbers. Wow, talk about a run-on sentence!

A: Maybe it isn't a banner. Maybe it's some sorta decoration or something. As far as I know, Club Penguin wouldn't leave a banner blank.If it were blank, then what's the point of it? I hope this helps you out!

Well... I think that Club Penguin is probably just going to leave it a surprise! :] It might say "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays" on it, but who knows?! But you know that if anything is put on it, Mimo will be the first to post about it!

the reason for club penguin changing it from "merry christmas" to "happy holiday" is most likely because some penguins parents might be offended by the "merry christmas" thing and club penguin doesnt want to be sewed (sued, sude, or what ever lol) PS:mods plz dont correct my spelling

Yeah thats how it works. You have to choose a name that hasnt been chosen yet.

ReplyDeleteI know why the banner is blank it's because the CONCERT FOR CHANGE is on top of the door and the door is on the front and Club Penguin only shows the back of the lighthouse.
