Penguin storm is a hack. It's not right to download things that hack other sites such as CP. Mimo would never create something that hacks CP. I wouldn't download that if I were you. It may seem cool, but you could get banned and it could damage your computer. Hacking is wrong.

The server is something that is realated to medical stuff. Its a condtion where sometimes they even have to amputate. You normally get if you do not have anything warm on in the cold weather. It can be serious or mild.

Do you just start, or do you have to apply?

I'm not a mod yet but I'm in training. You don't need to apply you just start and you have to stick with the mod rules which can be found on top of the mod list, you will see a link that leads to the rules.
Pool or Dojo I think

Hi EmmiGal! Nice to see that your asking about how to start CPG Modding rather than just asking straight away to be a CPG Mod ;) Ok, so ill answer your questions. You dont have to apply, you can just start Modding. And if you answer a question put your name at the bottom with (CPG Mod) next to it. Good luck on becoming a Mod and Im sure ill be seeing you up there with the other Mods in a month or two!
