You cant get onto the Blue Paths form the Orange Paths because the blue paths are under the Orange paths. Try using the map mmimo posted for help.

Well, if you are trying to go to a blue path from an orange path, it blocks you. You can only go on paths the color of your current path. If you need more info, you should look at Mimo's map. The maze is pretty easy, huh? Helping is PHUN! Sparkpink216 CPG MOD(in training, as always)

Dude ur a NONmember. U must pay to go in. Its suckish, pay 2 play. Disney was fine with ruling toontown and making nonmembers walking icons and praising members and they're doing it to club penguin now. If they make a fairy party leave club pengin till its over unless ur a girl :D
Btw, toontown's playable characters were mostly copied off real characters
