3. Now talk to "Bouncing Bill."
4. He will give you instructions on how to begin a special MIMO QUEST!
5. Solve the Mimo Quest and get THE MIMO HAT! You will also find out the secret location of the Mimo Party!
*** Remember, Bouncing Bill will not give you any instructions until tomorrow at the time below! ***
