Cmon this can't be that hard. It's a riddle and a poem. It actually makes the clues a lot easier and not as confusing if you work it out. This is just a clue to what the last few clues mean! try fill in the spaces with rhyming words.

To get to the mountain you can take the balloon from the forest (you have to be a member) soz if ur not. and the balloon is in the gift shop. :)

Well, you should probably email cp about the problem. They might not have it in the unlock items yet! If so, they need to be reminded. Or, it might just be a glitch and you can try again later, or exit and retry. In the meantime, i'm afraid i can't help you any further.
