Step 1. Go to The Coffee Shop.
Step 2. Now go to the couch.
Step 3. Now click on the Toy Boat Pin on the couch!
NOW YOU HAVE THE NEWEST CLUB PENGUIN PIN, TOY BOAT PIN!
So since the pin usually has something to do with an upcoming Club Penguin event, I'm a gonna guess the Toy Boat has something to do with the Water Party! WEET! lol.

It's possible they'll bring the Hard Hats back. Club Penguin have not brought this up but I'm thinking they will.

That's awesome! Follow these rules to become one:
1. Answer questions and congratz ppl.
2. Put you penguin name and a(CPG Mod) at the bottom of your comment every time u answer a question or congratz someone. NEVER put that when your not answering a question or congratzing someone
3. Be nice!
4. Keep your answers short
5. Don't ask to be a MOD, be patient. ;-)
6. Have fun!! ;D

Answer peoples questions in comment. When you answer questions, put (CPG Mod) next to your name at the bottom. And it helps to congratulate contest winners and new CPG Mods

Possibly, but we are not sure of anything. They said they will bring back ALL items so maybe the red helmet from the Clubpenguin Improvement project might sadly come back for those of you who don't have it.

Being a CPG MOD is really simple but it takes a lot of work and dedication. I'll list the rules below.
1. Answer people's questions and put (CPG MOD) next to your name at the end of the comment.
2. Do NOT put CPG MOD next to your name when you're answering questions.
3. Another way to bring your status up is to congratulate new CPG Moderators or Contest winners.
4. Be nice to people.
5. Keep your answers short.
6. In time, if you're good, you'll be listed with the other awesome Moderators!
7. If you use any vile behavior or stop answering questions, you'll be removed from the Mod list.
8. Spread goodwill and jollyness around Mimo and the Gang!

I think he is around 2-3 years. He has partys though. But not birthday. Youll meet Mimo 1 day.

Hey Tibo! Well to become a CPG mod answer questions politely and nicely and put (CPG MOD) next to your name, and Mimo doesn't tell you when a quickee party is, it's like a pop quiz!

cool boat pin! i cant get it because i havent been on club penguin in a long time and i just logged in and i was banned for 24 hours and i NEVER do anything that could get me banned. i think it was one of my friends because they were using my laptop when i was in a different room and my penguin is saved there.

Follow the comment rules.
Then, after you answer a question, put "CPG Mod" after your name.
Eventually, (if you are good) Mimo may add you! (Just ask Marquizi x3)
But only put CPG mod after your name if you are answering a question. Not if you are just being silly or chatting.

Mimo will always tell us when the next Quickee Party is.
Ususally it's here, his secret site, his Twitter, or his game site.
To be a mod:
After you answer a qustion, put (CPG mod) after your name. Do not put it after your name if you aren`t answering a question.
Be nice and follow the comment rules.
It takes time so be patient!

Congratulations on your first pay day. You get paid once a month for being a tour guide or an agent. This came out a few months ago, maybe in April. Even if you do one mission and one tour, you'll still get paid the same amount! :D
