Do this to find the cheat.
Step 1. Click on the Map icon in the lower left.
Step 2. Click on "Plaza."
Step 3. Go to the "The Stage."
Step 4. Click on the Costume Catalog in the lower right.
Here's how you find the Silver Wand!
Step 5. Click on the 2nd page of the catalog.
Step 6. Click on the boom box.

I believe Mimo already knew this. You can't go to the stage without realizing it, so i think that is why MIMO didn't post it. Cool though, right?
