Well, i don't think it was because of Rsnail. I think it was all of the new party clues and he said he was going to have a quikee, so thats probably why he deleted it..

Assuming you meant copying, neither is copying neither. Rnsail created clubpenguin on his site, and then he put it on it's own site which is now known as clubpenguin, excepts it's owned by disney now.
