Yes, in case you haven't noticed member only parties are quite rare I think there might have been only like three. So yeah most of CP's parties are for everyone.

Ya that is because The Quest For the Golden Puffle is like Indiana Jones and Indiana Jones is set in South America. Which is where they have fiestas. TA DA! (Oh yeah I knew that silly!) ;)

They probably won't bring back the green glasses for the fiesta because they re not very fiesta-ish. They will probably bring back the maracas and if we're lucky maybe there will be a cool pncho or something.
