I'm a ninja and I've had that happen to me almost every game, so to avoid that happening you should go to servers that are lowly populated. Not to worry, even if the room is full once you finish the game it still counts.

Well luckily for you you only have to win ten matches for a yellow belt. And if this happens, ex out of the map and try to quit the game. Repeat this process until you get back to the dojo.
