I got on club penguin from mini clip but nothing was different. when i tried to get on from clubpenguin.com it said that is was still down. what is new so far?

My answer is yes. Club penguin will let you. I'm a member and I logged on(I went to http://play.clubpenguin.com/), and I'm a member, and cp let me log on and buy thing and all that stuff. So, the answer is yes.
If you click the dark blue penguin it will change clothes and stuff...

LOL! Club Penguin Time is the same as PST (Pacific Standard Time). There's no "regular time". Depending on where you live, you have a time zone.
Here's Chart To Help Everyone Out:
If You Live In: Washington, Nevada,or California you are in the PST Zone. (Same as Club Penguin Time Zone)
If You Live In: Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, *eastern North Dokota, *eastern South Dakota, *eastern Nebraska, or *eastern Kansas you are in the Moutain Time Zone. (one hour ahead of CP. [add one hour])
If You Live In: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missiouri, Arkansas, Lousiana, Mississippi, Alabama, *eastern Tennesse, Illinois,*eastern Kentucky Wisconsin, or *eastern panhandle of Florida you are in the Central Time Zone. (two hours ahead [add two])
